We are proud to announce the completion of the refinancing of our Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) arranged by Crédit Agricole du Languedoc for a total amount of €75 million, structured in two complementary tranches:
✅ A working capital tranche, intended to strengthen the group’s cash position,
✅ A project tranche, dedicated to pre-financing the construction costs of our photovoltaic power plants and batteries in France and Italy, prior to the implementation of senior debt.
This transaction comes 18 months after our €87 million fundraising and is fully in line with our strategy to strengthen the group’s financial capabilities in order to support our growth trajectory.
👉 Thanks to this new line, Smart Energies is accelerating its development, particularly in Italy, with at least 95 MW of photovoltaic projects and 50 MW / 200 MWh of batteries to be built there over the next 24 months.
